It’s not enough to create a community that is connected, healthy and resilient; it also needs to be equitable for all its citizens. Creating equity begins with the work of individuals, who can then work together to change their organizations and ultimately our collective systems. This year’s Rebuilding for Learning will build on the message of our keynote speaker and start doing the work of building an equitable community. We will begin by focusing on individual actions you can take to create equity and then work as groups—within your organizations, agencies, and teams—to explore actions you can take together to be more equitable in your work and your community. We ask that participants come prepared to get right to work and to discuss actions, and we are providing the following links to resources to help you prepare:
